Refund and Returns Policy
Gardens
- We do not offer refunds
- If you are late arriving at a meet /pick up point and you miss your slot we do not offer refunds
- If you have any complaints about your produce please email us here
- To order regularly please place an order each week through our booking page
Trail & Huts
- If cancelled or changing a booking 15-30 days before arrival date 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded to the customer.
- If cancelled or changing a booking 14 days or less before arrival date 100% of the total booking amount will NOT be refunded.
- We are happy to move a booking to an alternative date rather than cancel a booking if the new date is available and 14 days notice is provided.
- Covid Policy: We are happy to change the date of your booking to a different date if your booking is affected by covid lockdowns or alert levels. It is our preference you have a valid vaccine passport. Please sign in with the covid tracer app at each hut.
- Any changes must be sent to us as soon as possible here.
